Location

In the test shoot my fill was to strong so I will diffuse more my shoot true 

gourmet salade

we use 2 ambient light from the strobes  no flash

 on camera left  snoot light as kicker  on right top a softbox for top light 1stop less   and a mirror as fill for the front of plate 

the big problème was having the border in the back ground so we prop the plate on many table to get juste the specular light in the background

This is a ambient light test of the background . i will be shooting at 1/8 f2.8 iso100 will ad somme light 

on the real salade   , from the back and a fill in front

 I dint not have enouth  strobes so i did a montage to have the  2 other light in my back ground

My camera was at 12mm on crop so 19.5mm and the my f stop was at 5.6  the ambient light was to low so i curve my sky and had a  soft box to repreduce de light on my buiness man  a refflector to fill in 

the 2 other light in the back ground where bounce on the siling at  low power and the contrast was twik on photoshop in the montage.

I also desaturated the neon in the back ground

On the next session I will have a more soft light in my back left .. to get somme thing simular as the sun and less harsh

a will maby have son green, to see if I can get the color cast in the back ground wors I will correct it on photoshop with a selection but its minimal in the photo

for sure i will have a business man or lady probably in suit.

I will probably  have a photo montage to get the background as expose as the indoor .. to get the building in the left background
